Counselling and testing during COVID-19

For many people, these times of the Corona crisis are stressful. Our social workers are trained telephone counselors who are there for you! Even if it is not about sexual health, you are welcome to contact us with your worries and fears. We stand for an accepting approach in counseling, which means that we will always respond to those seeking advice with understanding and empathy.

You can always reach us by phone during our office hours Mon-Fri 9:00-15:00 and additionally on our counseling days Mon and Wed until 20:00. The contact restrictions remain in place, therefore, we have to change the process of the test offer a bit. You have the possibility to make an appointment at 0331 951 30 851. This will ensure that only one client is here at a time. For your protection and that of our staff, the counseling will be shortened. We will counsel you and conduct a risk assessment over the phone. When you arrive, we will ask you to wash your hands. Also, please bring an FFP2 mask. If you do not have one, we can give one to you. If you have a fever or other symptoms of a cold, please do not come until you are feeling better.
